If you follow me on Instagram you will see that I have been dabbling with newspaper print nail art recently. Well today I thought I'd go one better and try out the Nails Inc Monogram Manicure set that has been sitting on my bathroom shelf for quite some time now.

I did find both polishes dry streakily after the first coat, but the second coat dries to a nice glossy finish. One tip would be to ensure the nail polish is completely dry before attempting to stick the letters onto the nail, otherwise it can take the paint straight off if you need to reposition the letter. Also, take your time to make sure the letters don't look wonky, this can take a few attempts to get right.

I do like the deep burgundy colour as a perfect autumnal shade, however, as the monogram mani fashion craze has left us, I will keep the polishes as they are lovely shades, but I will definitely ditch the letter transfers. If you have any ideas on any other nail art ideas you would like to see, please share your requests in the comment box below.

How amazing is Autumn? It has to be my favourite season...
One of the major downsides for me however, has to be the risk of dry/chapped lips, so here is a run down of my 3 current fave lip moisturising products:

For the last month, this has been a must have in my handbag. I find that this stick leaves my lips feeling soft and as it contains SPF 15, I get the added benefits of sunscreen too.
The product has the subtle scent of the eight hour products which I love. Plus living in the city, this little stick has the added benefits of antioxidant protection with vitamin E.

This balm boasts to plump lips and leave a contoured finish. In all honesty, I haven't noticed my lips looking fuller or defined, however, the product does soften my lips and helps combat the effects of works air conditioning as well as giving a lovely glossy sheer finish that can be worn alone or under a gloss or lipstick.

And... Last but not least, it's the Balance Me Rose Otto Intensive Lip Salve

I love to use this balm on an evening before bed. When I wake up, my lips are super soft and if you love the scent of rose, then I'm sure you'll love this. Again, this product states that it plumps lips but I am yet to notice it. I do like the effects of the trio of butters (Mango, Cacao and Shea) and I use this more of a nighttime treatment rather than a everyday salve as it sits on the lips and makes lipstick/gloss slide right off, as it contains various natural oils and beeswax.

Hi Everyone, Sorry I've been MIA!

In todays post I wanted to share with you all the Majorette Blush by Benefit, because quite frankly, it's the best purchase I have made in quite some time.

Benefit have really been pulling out all the stops lately, so I have found myself in their stores time and time again picking up lots of great little purchases. I have been wearing this product almost every day for the past fortnight, it blends so easily from a creamy consistency to powder finish and leaves me with a great colour to build on as much or as little as I feel I need that day. I wear mine teamed with the Watts Up highlighter, to give the perfect glow.

The sales assistant asked me to sniff the product as she thought it was a great selling point, but it wasn't until I got my product home that I could smell the sweet, gummy bear type scent.

Main bonus for me, is that I find that this lasts all day and doesn't settle in my pores, all in all a great product and I definitely recommend you go ahead and check it out.
